Japanese Triangles

Miyuki & Toho Japanese seed beads are the highest quality on the market today, and are uniform in size, colour and finish.  Hole sizes are also larger than seed beads from other countries.  They come in a huge range of colours and finishes which will enhance your designs!  Triangles come in both rounded edge or sharp edge versions for your beading designs.

We have a range of 6 different sizes & shapes in triangles from smallest to largest:

• TR11 - Toho Size 11/0 seed beads are precision cut glass beads from Japan. Toho bead are designed to have a larger hole to allow for even more pass through threads. The larger hole also creates lighter beads which give you more beads for your weight. The cut holes of inside coloured or silver lined beads give an exquisite shine.  The outer diameter of an 11/0 seed beads is – 1.8mm.
• TR10 - Size 10 Miyuki triangle beads have softly rounded corners and have a rich palette of color-lined and rainbow hues. 10/0 triangle beads measure 2.5mm x 2mm with a hole size of .9mm. Count is approximately 58 beads per gram.
• STR10 - Size 10 sharp triangle beads can be somewhat uneven in length, and have sharp edges which make them perfect for the brick stitch edge of bead embroidery. 10/0 sharp triangle beads measure 2.1mm x 2.1mm with a hole size of .8mm. Count is approximately 85 beads per gram.
• TR8 - Size 8 triangle beads are a medium size triangle-shaped seed bead with softly rounded corners. 8/0 triangle beads measure 2mm x 3mm with a hole size of 1.1mm. Count is approximately 31 beads per gram
• STR8 - Size 8 sharp triangle beads are somewhat uneven in length and are great for bead embroidery edging and bead weaving. 8/0 sharp triangle beads measure 2.6mm x 2.6mm with a hole size of 1mm. Count is approximately 49 beads per gram.
• TR5 - Size 5 Miyuki triangle beads are large seed beads with softly rounded edges. 5/0 triangle beads measure 4mm x 3.5mm with a hole size of 1.8mm. Count is approximately 11 beads per gram.
