Ordering Options

Over the Rainbow is an on-line shop in a warehouse, and not a shopfront which is open to the public - this is how we keep our prices lower than retail as we don't have the extra overheads.  We offer Store Pickup to local customers at our Seaford (Victoria) warehouse for orders placed online but do need 24-48 hours notice to prepare them for collection.  Please contact us before ordering so that we can let you know when the order can be ready.

On-line Shop Orders:  This is a quick and efficient ordering system via our website & offers a variety of payment & shipping options - if you don't wish to put your credit card details through you can still use this method and just select to call us with your details by phone.   We cannot any longer take orders over the phone as it slows our system down and there is too much room for error.

All you have to do is to add items to your shopping cart & then checkout your order on-line.  You can set up an account at that point or checkout without an account as a guest, however no history is kept and no loyalty points earned if you use that method.  Setting up an account is the preferred way to shop at our store.

PLEASE NOTE:  Additions or alterations to orders are not possible once an order is placed.  This restriction is due to the time consuming process of altering orders which results in order processing being slowed down, so please select carefully at checkout.   If you do need a change we reserve the right to charge a $3.00 levy to cover labour involved.  If you request your order be cancelled and refunded we also reserve the right to charge a $3.00 fee to cover bank credit card fees.  If you do wish to place a second order and would like it added to the first it would need to be valued at $10 or more – it may be possible to have this order combined with the first order if it is submitted quickly but please check first with us.  If an item is requested to be added to order valued under $10.00 a $3.00 fee is charged to cover admin & bank fees.  Please contact us with details of what you need to add so that we can check it is possible and advise how to proceed.

Ordering Tip:  It is a good idea to log-in or set up your account before shopping - that way if you leave the process at any point the items will be saved in your shopping cart and not be lost.  If you aren't logged in and then leave for a long period the cart may disappear & you will have to start all over again when you return.  If you save the cart then you can always alter it when you next log in – items will stay in there indefinitely so long as your are logged in when they are added.
We also have a Wish List facility so that you can add items to that for future orders – to access this you need to set up your account first and log-in to add items to your wish list.

Please note we have a minimum order total required of $10.00 not including postage.

Order Confirmation: Within a few minutes of confirming your order via our on-line shop you will receive any email from Over the Rainbow Pty Ltd confirming receipt of your order. If you have chosen Bank Transfer or Pay over the Phone you will receive instructions regarding payment in this email. If you chose the Credit Card or Paypal options you will receive the emailed confirmation & no further input is required on your part.

Lost Passwords:  If you lose or forget your password there is a link on the log-in page which enables you to enter your registered email address and obtain a new password by email right away.   You can then log-in with this password.  If you want to change to one you remember better, it just click on the link to your account and alter it there.  If you do have problems with passwords just give us a call or email to sales@polymerclay.com.au

Payment Information

Your order will not ship until payment is received.

Credit Card Payments via eWAY: We use eWAY to guarantee the best possible security for our online transactions. eWAY has multiple firewalls to protect important data and features 1024 bit data encryption. No credit card information is stored on either eWAYs clustered web servers or Over the Rainbow Pty Ltd's web site.  Payments are accepted by Visa or Mastercard.  Eway is available to Australian customers and to trusted countries internationally.

Payments via Paypal Express: Paypal is a safe, reliable & instant system of payment with no additional charges to you.  Paypal offers several methods of payment - from your existing Paypal balance, from a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex), e-check, or direct debit from a bank account (e-cheque). This is available to Australian Customers and also International customers - no currency conversion fees apply with Australian payments as payment is made in Australian dollars.  Paypal however does have it's own foreign currency conversion rates which are set by Paypal and not able to be controlled by us.  Please note that Paypal e-cheques take approx 3-5 working days to clear so we cannot ship your order until we are advised that the check has cleared.

Pay over the Phone:  You may select that option at checkout & still pay by credit card directly to us by phoning your details through on 03 9785 3800 (Amex not accepted - Visa & Mastercard only)

Direct Bank Deposit:
To help us identify your payment please put either your name or order number on the payment when making it where possible.
