.018 diameter 19 strand nylon coated stainless steel wire. Best used with medium to heavy gemstones, crystals, glass and metal beads. Beadalon 19 strand is only slightly less flexible than Beadalon 49 strand, but it delivers similar drape and kink resistance. This diameter and the .015 are the most versatile sizes for making necklaces, bracelets and anklets. This diameter has a 17 lb breakage point. Secure with a crimp bead.
