Beadalon 7 strand .024" is a medium to heavy weight strand stainless steel wire with a smooth, nylon coating. Best used for heavy weight necklaces, bracelets, anklets, watchbands and eyeglass holders. You can use with metal, large or heavy beads with large drilled holes such as African trade beads and polymer clay beads. Beadalon 7 strand wire is softer, stronger and more flexible than Tiger Tail but not the quality and flexibility of 19 or 49 strand beading wire. This diameter has a 20 lb breakage point. Secure with a crimp bead.
