Easy to attach Self Adhesive Earring Card Adapters change regular earring cards into space-saving hanging cards. Simply peel the paper tab off an adapter and press adhesive area onto the back of a paper card. Best adhered to non-textured paper cards. Measure 1" wide (25mm) x 1/2" high (14mm). Photo shows adapter attached to black earring card (not included).
