Your website is really easy to navigate and all items are described really well. I will definitely recommend Over the Rainbow to everyone who is attending our 'crafternoon tea' this weekend. WONDER WOMAN!!!!! Fantastic customer service again Heather. You went above and beyond the call of duty for me with this order, and can't thank you enough. I wanted 2 different beads which weren't in stock - 2 days later you'd found them and told me they were on their way. I now rely on you for advice and service. I'm happy, my customers are happy....what else can I ask for? Kind regards...

Huge thank you for everything!!! I would just like to take this chance to let you know your products are very high quality and your customer service are excellent. The beads and supplies are even more beautiful in real life than in photos. Your shop is the best in this country! I am always excited when opening my parcels. :) Thanks again!..
For order processing time please see our banner or popup. Please note that Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee - we process orders as quickly as possible in the order they are placed. We do have a rush fee option at checkout if you need an order shipped within 24 hours.
If you need to know when a product arrives and it is out of stock, set up a "Notify me" on the product description page and our system will email you when it is restocked.
During summer months we always recommend customers select Express Post when ordering heat sensitive items such as polymer clay as it will reduce the likelihood of clay being semi-baked in transit. For more information on our shipping please click here
