TierraCast USA 15ga Wire Hoops from their Worlds Away range. Use for earring drop or as a pendant – attach charms, beads or wrap with fibre. One side of top of hoop beneath the wrap clips shut with a loop that will open up to allow small beads or charms to be slid onto the hoop. Best quality findings.
