Mini GemDuo is manufactured by Matubo, maker of the SuperDuo bead. It is very similar to the DiamonDuo bead, which came out a while ago. Both beads are diamond-shaped with a flat bottom and two parallel holes.
Mini GemDuos are a very cute smaller 6x4mm version of Matubo GemDuo 8x4mm beads. Like the larger beads they are diamond shaped with a domed surface, flat bottom and two parallel holes.
