Your goodies are lovely and you send them out quickly; you're patient when I mess up and want to add to orders, you always let me know when its gone, and you don't want to charge $60 for express like the bank does when THEY didn't get my credit card sent out before the old one expired lololol And you're always pleasant and friendly!!
