Pliers are used as an extension of the hand, especially for jewelry making. They need to be precise, light weight, durable and have a good feel. Xuron brand pliers deliver on all counts!
The Xuron 485 chain nose pliers are strong but not bulky with long jaws that are smooth inside with rounded edges so you can use them for holding, bending, forming and manipulating wire and jump rings, as well as strips or sheets of soft metal. Xuron chain nose pliers have a soft rubber grip and a gentle return spring for increased comfort and reduced hand fatigue.
Jaw Size: 17.5 mm x 10 mm
Overall length: 5-1/4" (135 mm)
Xuron Corporation is headquartered in Saco, Maine in the USA. They have been manufacturing quality, precision hand tools for over 40 years.
For order processing time please see our banner or popup. Please note that Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee - we process orders as quickly as possible in the order they are placed. We do have a rush fee option at checkout if you need an order shipped within 24 hours.
If you need to know when a product arrives and it is out of stock, set up a "Notify me" on the product description page and our system will email you when it is restocked.
During summer months we always recommend customers select Express Post when ordering heat sensitive items such as polymer clay as it will reduce the likelihood of clay being semi-baked in transit. For more information on our shipping please click here
