Anodized aluminum and bronze earring back components with mechanical grip. These earring backs are lead free and meet the EU Nickel Directive. The part that touches the ear is phosphor bronze alloy, which is plated (nickel free). The part your fingers hold is anodized aluminum, with less than 0.0002% nickel.
