This sterling silver ear post features a 6mm pad that supports a variety of settings, findings and unique designs—simply use strong glue, jeweller's epoxy or soldering techniques to secure the elements to the pad to complete the earring. The friction post features a groove that helps secure the ear nut; post earrings require an ear nut to keep the post in place.
