Your goodies are lovely and you send them out quickly; you're patient when I mess up and want to add to orders, you always let me know when its gone, and you don't want to charge $60 for express like the bank does when THEY didn't get my credit card sent out before the old one expired lololol And you're always pleasant and friendly!! And I APPPRECIATE you :o) Warmest Cathy ..

Would just like to commend you all on your wonderful operation. Being new to the beading game I checked out many websites and I have to say, none compared to yours for ease of navigating around the site, range of products (with wonderfully detailed descriptions), or value for money. I am eagerly awaiting my third order which I know will arrive super efficiently as always. Living in Weipa on Queens..

Just wanted to let you know that my parcel arrived today (less than 48 hours after submitting my order!). Thank you so much for your friendly and prompt service and for answering all my questions. Your website is really easy to navigate and all items are described really well. I will definitely recommend Over the Rainbow to everyone who is attending our 'crafternoon tea' this weekend. Kind regards..

I received my order today, it came via express post so got to me nice and quickly (and before the weekend – yay!). I just wanted to thank you for not only the lovely items inside my parcel, but also the service associated with it. It arrived quickly, was well packed and I love that you still put the lollies inside! Also, one item (seed beads) was out of stock and I received a friendly call from Ja..

For order processing time please see our banner or popup. Please note that Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee - we process orders as quickly as possible in the order they are placed. We do have a rush fee option at checkout if you need an order shipped within 24 hours.

If you need to know when a product arrives and it is out of stock, set up a "Notify me" on the product description page and our system will email you when it is restocked.

During summer months we always recommend customers select Express Post when ordering heat sensitive items such as polymer clay as it will reduce the likelihood of clay being semi-baked in transit. For more information on our shipping please click here
