2.8" (72mm) White plated brass bow-tie clips. White plate is the "silver" colour most often seen on base metal jewellery and components. White plating is also known as "imitation rhodium" and "silvertone". Intended to be sewn on or slipped into fabric. This might present problems for glue-on applications, but it's the only bow-tie clip style we can find.
