You maybe over the rainbow, but I am over the moon to having found your wonderful site...where have you been all my designing life! Fabulous site, compliments to the web designer and great products. Love how you can look at ordered products in shopping basket, gives a great overview of selected colours. To think I have been ordering from the USA and here you are in our own backyard. Well done...

Just a quick note to thank you as my bead order arrived today. I was able to wait patiently in the queue at the post office, despite the Christmas crowds as I knew that my enticing parcel was just on the other side of thecounter. Your goodies are lovely and you send them out quickly; you're patient when I mess up and want to add to orders, you always let me know when its gone, and you don't want to charge $60 for express like the bank does when THEY didn't get my credit card sent out before the old one expired lololol And you're always pleasant and friendly!! And I APPPRECIATE you :o) Warmest Cathy

Huge thank you for everything!!! I would just like to take this chance to let you know your products are very high quality and your customer service are excellent. The beads and supplies are even more beautiful in real life than in photos. Your shop is the best in this country! I am always excited when opening my parcels. :) Thanks again!..
For order processing time please see our banner or popup. Please note that Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee - we process orders as quickly as possible in the order they are placed. We do have a rush fee option at checkout if you need an order shipped within 24 hours.
If you need to know when a product arrives and it is out of stock, set up a "Notify me" on the product description page and our system will email you when it is restocked.
During summer months we always recommend customers select Express Post when ordering heat sensitive items such as polymer clay as it will reduce the likelihood of clay being semi-baked in transit. For more information on our shipping please click here
