Pearl-Ex is available in handy small 3gm jars or in 21g (Standard Colours) & 14g Bottles (Brights & Interference Duo Colours)
Pearl-Ex Pigments are made from powdered mica. They are not metal, will never rust or tarnish and are completely non-toxic. They may be used for hundreds of art & craft applications and applied to virtually any surface when mixed with an appropriate medium. They may also be used dry onto Polymer Clays and then sealed with a clear varnish after baking, although this is not necessary if item is not receiving wear and tear.
Following are just a few uses for Pearl-Ex pigments: Surface decorating for Polymer Clays, Stamping onto polymer clays or paper, faux-finishing, tole & decorative painting, fine art painting, candle-making, soap-making, calligraphy, sculpture, marbling, papermaking, printing, stenciling and interior decorating.
Please Note: You may notice a variance in visible amounts of Pearlex in containers between different colours - this is because colours weigh different amounts & therefore visually appear different amounts whilst still weighing the correct weight.

For order processing time please see our banner or popup. Please note that Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee - we process orders as quickly as possible in the order they are placed. We do have a rush fee option at checkout if you need an order shipped within 24 hours.
If you need to know when a product arrives and it is out of stock, set up a "Notify me" on the product description page and our system will email you when it is restocked.
During summer months we always recommend customers select Express Post when ordering heat sensitive items such as polymer clay as it will reduce the likelihood of clay being semi-baked in transit. For more information on our shipping please click here
