For centuries, silk has been the traditional beading material in necklace manufacturing. Pure natural silk feels incredibly soft and smooth. Silk threads have good tensile strength and little stretch, which make them the ideal choice for many works and knotting. Necklaces made with natural silk drape naturally along the contours of the body and always project a look of elegance and beauty. GRIFFIN 100% Natural Silk only ever originates from the high-quality centre (filament silk) of the silk cocoon thread and is twisted three times. Only this sleek thread has the characteristic lustre and the irresistible natural beauty of pure natural silk. The Carded Natural Silk Bead Cord from GRIFFIN GmbH is only made from the best of the best. 100% natural silk and is on the market since 1866. Bobbins come with their own pre-threaded steel needle. For order processing time please see our banner or popup. Please note that Express Post is a postage option not a rush order fee - we process orders as quickly as possible in the order they are placed. We do have a rush fee option at checkout if you need an order shipped within 24 hours.
If you need to know when a product arrives and it is out of stock, set up a "Notify me" on the product description page and our system will email you when it is restocked.
During summer months we always recommend customers select Express Post when ordering heat sensitive items such as polymer clay as it will reduce the likelihood of clay being semi-baked in transit. For more information on our shipping please click here
