Make this easy Boho style beaded leather bracelet in a flash with our easy instructions.

Products needed to make the bracelet

  • 2 x 75cm lengths of 1mm Indian leather natural dye distressed black (LC-1DISBK-IN)
  • 1 x 20mm Baby elephant antique silver button (BJ-759) or other button of your choice.
  • 1 x tube size 6/0 Miyuki seed beads Picasso Chartreuse Matte (06-4515)
  • 1 x tube size 6/0 Miyuki seed beads Blue Turquoise Picasso (06-4514)
  • 1 x tube size 6/0 Miyuki seed beads Picasso Red Garnet Matte (06-4513)
  • 1 x tube size 6/0 Miyuki seed beads matte black AB (06-401FR)

Tools needed to complete the bracelet

Pair of nice sharp Scissors
Chain nose pliers also helpful to tighten knots in leather

Instructions:

Step 1

Take the two pieces of 75cm 1mm leather and thread them through the shank on your button. Make sure the button is in the centre of both lengths of the leather, then with all four strands together tie a knot close to the shank of the button. You should now have four separate strands of leather to thread your seed beads onto.

Step 2

With your seed beads thread one colour onto each of the strands. You will find 52 beads on each strand will be enough to make the size of your bracelet large enough to fit a size 7in wrist. If you require a larger size just add extra seed beads to each strand. When you have all the beads on each strand tie a knot using all four strands of leather. Try and keep your knot close to the seed beads.

Step 3

To make the buttonhole leave a small space after the knot, then using all four strands of leather tie another knot. On each separate strand of leather leave a 15mm space and tie
another small knot as shown in our picture.

Step 4
Thread four seed beads onto each of the strands, one of each colour will give you a nice pattern. Tie another small knot on each strand to stop the beads from falling off. Then using your scissors trim off any excess leather.

You have now made yourself a Beaded Boho Style Leather Bracelet!
