Extra-Large (around 25-30mm x 20-25mm) Tagua Nut Nugget Beads.
An ideal alternative to elephant ivory, tagua nuts are also known as "vegetable ivory." Their use promotes industry in rain forest countries and prevents valuable rain forest resources from being destroyed. Dyes on the tagua nuts penetrate just the first layer. As beads are a natural material, size, colour and shape may vary, and some have more black matrix than others. Testing for colourfastness is recommended.
