Clear water based varnish to be used as a medium for Pearl Ex powders or as a top coat. Works great on paper, polymer clay, metal, plastic or wood and cleans up easily with water. Create your own lustrous metallic paints, glazes and durable finishes. Non-toxic. 70ml
