Beadalon 49 contains 49 miniature strands of stainless steel wire. Best used with small crystals, seed beads and freshwater pearls. Great for lightweight necklaces and earrings. Beadalon 49 strand is the softest, most flexible style, allowing designs to drape naturally without kinks. .013" diameter is quite fine and ideal for use with crystals, seed beads, freshwater pearls - beads with small holes. Breakage point for this diameter is 13 lbs. Secure with a crimp bead.
