Hi All Today we received our test order we placed with you. Really pleased all around. Unlike other suppliers to us the items were well packaged and labeled making it easy and quick to mark off against the invoice along with entering the items into inventory, other suppliers just stick it all in a single snap lock and then we have to spend hours sorting out each part and working out what is what material etc and this takes away precious time from us. My little one also loved the toffee! Our postal system in Bundaberg is a nightmare, so it was fantastic to be able to give you a quick call this morning to obtain the tracking number and have all staff be polite, friendly and helpful. Pleased to say we will definitely continue to use you for some of our supplies and look forward to building a supplier relationship with you.
