Every order that I place with Over The Rainbow is delivered in perfect condition, well wrapped and protected, clearly labelled and meticulously itemised on the invoice. Also, whenever I receive a call from a member of your team, they are so helpful, polite and friendly.
Recently, I was looking for some specific beads that you do not stock, so I placed an order with another supplier (for the first time). In complete contrast to OTR, there was minimal communication from the supplier – just an initial acknowledgement of the order. When the beads arrived, several had no label on them so I had to make intelligent guesses about the precise contents. One item that I had ordered was not supplied and marked “out of stock”, but there was no further mention of it – whether it would be supplied when new stock came in or whether I had been issued with a credit. The plastic tubes were just bundled together with rubber bands and topped with sticky tape. One item that was supplied was incorrect. I doubt that I will place any further orders with that supplier, even though they do stock some beads that I would like.
So, it is clear that your business is top-notch and I have recommended Over The Rainbow to others. Congratulations and thank you!
